Multi-lingual call agents are available.

You can go to a Career Center and use the resource room PCs to file your claim. You may be able to get some ‘over the shoulder’ assistance from a Career Advisor if you have some difficulty filing the claim.

The Career Center and the Workforce Board are not the ‘Unemployment Office’. The Workforce Board cannot provide any services, while the Career Center is there to help you in your job search with resource room services, workshops, resume assistance, connections with employers, assessment for and referral to training, etc.
