Shannon Laingen

Bio

Shannon leads the company’s recruiting team and talent acquisition strategy as well as the development of training programs for staff and management in the areas of leadership, performance management, and professional/career development. She works collaboratively at all levels to ensure key initiatives support effective talent management across the company. Shannon holds an M.Ed. in Organizational Management from Endicott College and a BA in Communication from Stonehill College.
