Bio

Laura Reiman has spent over 14 years leading workforce development strategies that create access points for wealth-building career pathways, and economic and social mobility in MA.  She has worked in the public sector, non-profit sector, and private sector, currently the Principal Manager of the Energy Infrastructure Academy at National Grid, overseeing a pre-apprenticeship program for work-ready adults and focusing on strategic workforce planning and talent development internally.  She holds deep expertise in equity and access for underrepresented populations in the workforce, with a focus on untapped talent, program and performance management, organizational change, and strategic planning.  Laura has led and evaluated programs that support adults seeking career pathways from ideation to strategic scaling with a focus on data visualization and analysis, maximizing resources, and an equity lens.  Laura holds a master’s degree in public administration, and specializes in workforce development thought leadership, apprenticeship programs, micro-credentialing, public-private partnerships, and Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB).
