Dan Rediger

Bio

Dan joined Rolls-Royce in 2004 and is currently responsible for overseeing all Naval Propulsion Manufacturing, Assembly and Test Operations in North America, based out of Walpole, MA. In addition to the Walpole facility, he has responsibility for Operations at the Pascagoula MS and Peterborough Ontario facilities. Prior to his current position Dan gained progressive experience in Aerospace manufacturing related roles, initially at the Rolls-Royce Indianapolis IN facility and then at the Prince George County VA campus, where he was a Manufacturing Engineering Manager and was part of the team that stood up the facility. Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering from Ohio State University and a master’s degree in project management from Penn State University. His professional development has been further enhanced through participation in the Rolls-Royce High Potential Leadership program, certification as a six-sigma black belt, and as a graduate of the Darden Business School Executive Program.
