The Metro South/West Workforce Board provides access to a variety of programs and services across a wide expanse of industries and demographics. From getting our youth into their future career fields to expanding access to certification training in the Behavioral Health field, we serve every member of the communities in the 43 cities and towns that we reside in. With programs ranging from HiSet/GED preparation to Hands-on Construction apprenticeships, Our Youth Connections team helps youths across 43 different towns/communities in Massachusetts participate in different career exploration opportunities and programs to kickstart their futures.
